Expansions, Additions and More
Our specialty is expansions and additions. Kitchens, baths, space reconfiguration, interior and exterior trim. We do window and door replacement, decks, porches, trim, tile, electrical and plumbing, painting, flooring and more. We do best when we work with designers and architects or with a homeowner who has a sense of what they are looking for. Keys to a unique project are organization and collaboration. Our goal is perfection. We want the final result to exceed customer expectations. We try to be as unobtrusive as possible. We lay down drop clothes from the door to work area and seal the rest of the house from dust.
Our Process
We want the process to be as seamless as possible. Clear communication and upfront information is key to a successful project. Generally, we provide the client with a comprehensive list of finishes and help in sourcing those items. We try to “dumb down” the process as much as possible. We can give references for subcontractors or handle that ourselves. We give a timeline and do everything in our power to stick to it. We get paid in increments as work is completed; never a big down payment up front.
Repairs
“Any job big or small.” Or preferably, “Big enough for the big jobs, humble enough for the small jobs.” We have many creative approaches to projects that can be a long-term fix or delay a major repair until finances are available.
Partial Financing
If financing is an issue, we can delay 30% of the balance for 3 months: 10% due each month after the project is completed.
